India, Feb. 14 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.64 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.38 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.80 per cent at Rs 38.56 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 34.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.73 per cent to Rs 35.75 crore from Rs 28.21 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 46.15 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.26 crore).
