India, July 8 -- Guar seed futures edged lower on Wednesday as ample arrivals from producing regions weighed on market sentiment.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for July delivery declined by Rs 33, or 0.54%, to Rs 6,066 per quintal, with an open interest of 20,540 lots.
Market analysts said increased supplies from key growing regions exerted pressure on guar seed futures, leading traders to trim their positions.
