India, May 15 -- Guar seed futures declined by Rs 24 to Rs 5,768 per quintal on Friday amid ample supplies in the market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for June delivery fell by Rs 24, or 0.42 percent, to Rs 5,768 per quintal with an open interest of 61,640 lots.
Market participants said the decline in prices was mainly due to increased arrivals and ample supplies from major guar-producing regions.
