India, Sept. 9 -- Guar seed futures gained Rs 16 to Rs 6,785 per quintal on Wednesday, supported by increased buying by investors despite weaker spot prices.
On the NCDEX, October guar seed contracts advanced 0.24%, with open interest at 60,965 lots. Market participants said fresh positions helped lift futures prices.
