India, July 7 -- Guar seed futures prices rose Rs 149, or 2.53%, to Rs 6,027 per quintal in Tuesday's trade as investors increased their positions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for July delivery traded at Rs 6,027 per quintal, with an open interest of 24,755 lots.
Market analysts said increased buying interest by investors supported guar seed futures despite weakness in spot market prices.
