India, Oct. 22 -- Guar seed futures prices rose by Rs 89, or 1.11%, to Rs 8,120 per quintal on Thursday, supported by increased positions taken by investors.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for November delivery advanced by Rs 89 to Rs 8,120 per quintal, with an open interest of 71,345 lots.
Market participants said increased buying bets by investors provided support to guar seed futures prices.
