India, May 26 -- Guar seed prices on Tuesday declined by Rs 4 to Rs 5,952 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies in the market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for June delivery slipped by Rs 4, or 0.07%, to Rs 5,952 per quintal, with an open interest of 57,780 lots.
Market analysts attributed the decline in guar seed prices to rising supplies from producing regions.
