India, July 28 -- Guar seed futures rose by Rs. 13 to Rs. 5,914 per quintal on Tuesday, supported by fresh buying from market participants.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), August delivery contracts gained 0.22% to Rs. 5,914 per quintal, with an open interest of 46,295 lots.
According to market analysts, increased investor participation in the futures market supported prices despite weakness in the spot market.
