India, Sept. 25 -- Guar gum futures declined Rs 25 to Rs 13,113 per quintal on Friday, as traders reduced their positions amid subdued conditions in the physical market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar gum contracts for October delivery slipped 0.10%, or Rs 25, to Rs 13,113 per quintal, with open interest of 63,315 lots.

Market participants said muted spot demand and sufficient supplies from producing regions continued to weigh on guar gum prices.
