India, Aug. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.65 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 50.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.91 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.76 per cent at Rs 249.32 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 261.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.60 per cent to Rs 196.72 crore from Rs 197.91 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 51.31 per cent at Rs 12.71 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 8.40 crore).
