India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.51 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 14.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.00 per cent at Rs 774.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 656.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.71 per cent to Rs 764.32 crore from Rs 627.99 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 24.63 per cent at Rs 5.82 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.67 crore).
