India, July 23 -- Gold futures declined by Rs. 180 to Rs. 1,46,180 per 10 grams in Thursday's trade on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), amid weaker demand in the spot market.
The October delivery contract fell 0.59%, with a business turnover of 916 lots.
According to analysts, the decline in gold prices was primarily driven by subdued spot demand.
