India, Aug. 11 -- Gold futures prices rose by Rs 1,501, or 0.98%, to Rs 1,54,600 per 10 grams on Tuesday, supported by firm spot demand and fresh position-building by market participants.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold contracts for October delivery traded at Rs 1,54,600 per 10 grams, with a business turnover of 1,332 lots.
