India, Oct. 26 -- Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has released the Pune edition of its research report, The Elevated Living Edit, examining the aspirations and homebuying preferences of affluent consumers in the city.
The study indicates that luxury homebuyers in Pune are increasingly prioritising wellness, access to nature and community-oriented living over traditional factors such as property size and location. Dedicated yoga and meditation spaces emerged as the most preferred feature, with 78% of respondents expressing interest in them, while 74% prioritised wellness amenities more broadly.
