India, Aug. 21 -- Godrej Properties Ltd has won the bid to acquire a 7.82-acre land parcel in Hyderabad for nearly Rs 550 crore.
In a regulatory filing on Thursday, the company said it participated in an e-auction held by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB) and emerged as the highest bidder with a total bid value of Rs 547.75 crore for the Kukatpally (KPHB) site.
