India, May 22 -- Godrej Properties Limited has partnered with Tata Projects for construction works across three luxury residential developments on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, with the combined contract value estimated at around Rs 1,100 crore.
Under the agreement, Tata Projects will execute the core and shell construction work for Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris — all premium residential projects being developed by Godrej Properties in Gurugram. Godrej Samaris, an upcoming project in Sector 53, will span around 7.41 acres.
