India, June 30 -- Godrej Properties has acquired a 47-acre land parcel in South Chennai through an outright purchase to develop a plotted residential project. The company expects the upcoming development to generate an estimated revenue of around Rs 500 crore.
The project will primarily comprise residential plots, further strengthening the company's presence in the Chennai real estate market.
