India, Oct. 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.97 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 21.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.85 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.94 per cent at Rs 217.59 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 224.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.72 per cent to Rs 164.97 crore from Rs 157.53 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 11.80 per cent at Rs 6.43 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 7.29 crore).
