India, May 2 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.08 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.91 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.45 per cent at Rs 20.83 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 29.70 per cent to Rs 16.43 crore from Rs 23.37 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 1700.00 per cent at Rs -2.16 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs -0.12 crore).
