India, Oct. 8 -- Fredun Pharmaceuticals Limited is accelerating its transformation from an OEM-focused pharmaceutical manufacturer into a branded healthcare platform, with H1 FY27 witnessing expansion across pet healthcare, wellness, specialty therapeutics, domestic generics and international markets.

The company is targeting a 100% branded portfolio by 2029 and aims to double revenue and profitability over the next 3–4 years.

As part of its pet-care strategy, Fredun has acquired a 26% stake in Goodman Vetcare at a valuation of Rs 300 crore, while its acquisition of pet-wellness brand Furlicks will expand the portfolio from 6 to 22 SKUs over the next 6–9 months.
