India, Jan. 22 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.59 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.87 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.12 per cent at Rs 64.37 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 57.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.42 per cent to Rs 52.64 crore from Rs 44.08 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 30.91 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.55 crore).
