India, Aug. 26 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.18 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.22 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 34.20 per cent at Rs 152.38 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 231.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.87 per cent to Rs 132.67 crore from Rs 206.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 22.82 per cent at Rs 2.57 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.33 crore).
