India, June 12 -- Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Exhicon Global Development Pvt. Ltd., has entered into a Heads of Terms agreement with landowners for the development and operation of a convention and mixed-use event venue in Nashik, Maharashtra.
The project will be developed on approximately 9,775 square metres (around 2.4 acres) of land located in the Panchwati area of Nashik. The proposed facility is expected to include convention halls, exhibition and conference spaces, event lawns, administrative offices, food and beverage zones, parking facilities, and other supporting infrastructure.
