India, Feb. 5 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.36 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.60 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.11 per cent at Rs 366.97 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 333.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.84 per cent to Rs 334.05 crore from Rs 304.12 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 13.33 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.30 crore).
