India, Feb. 12 -- Esab India Ltd. on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 250 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Saturday, 14 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 13 February 2026.
The last five dividends are 250% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 November 2025), 420% Final dividend (Ex Date : 07 August 2025), 230% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 February 2025), 250% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2024) and 300% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 August 2024).
