India, Aug. 26 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 35.75 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 40.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 5.77 per cent at Rs 245.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 232.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.48 per cent to Rs 195.13 crore from Rs 175.04 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 8.20 per cent at Rs 9.29 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 10.12 crore).
