India, Oct. 5 -- Embassy Developments Limited has recorded pre-sales of over Rs 1,800 crore at its newly launched residential project, Embassy Origins, in North Bengaluru.
The 85-acre development, launched on September 16, 2026, achieved 62% absorption of the units launched within a week, with bookings for 477 homes covering more than 10 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area.
The first phase of Embassy Origins comprises two RERA-registered projects — Embassy Riverine, offering 217 villas across approximately 1.1 million sq. ft., and Embassy South Reserve, featuring 855 apartments spread across around 1.5 million sq. ft. Together, the projects offer approximately 2.6 million sq. ft. of residential saleable area.
