India, Aug. 19 -- EKI Energy Services Ltd. has announced the successful registration of its Plastic Waste Reduction Project in Bangladesh, Phase I, with Verra, marking the first registered plastic waste reduction project in the country.
The project has been registered under Verra's Plastic Waste Reduction Standard, a global framework supporting plastic waste collection and recycling activities while facilitating credible environmental markets for waste reduction.
Through the initiative, EKI aims to expand its presence in the South Asian market by implementing structured approaches to plastic waste recovery and promoting more circular material flows.
