India, Sept. 18 -- DMR Engineering Limited, as the lead member of a joint venture with Shri Balaji Hydro Construction Private Limited (SBHCPL), has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Arun Shakti Energy Private Limited for the formation of a new JV company.
The JV will execute Package-I works involving the construction of a coffer dam for river diversion and a barrage for the 24.60 MW Kamlang Small Hydro Electric Project in Lohit district, Arunachal Pradesh.
Under the proposed arrangement, DMR Engineering will hold a 51% equity/profit share as the lead partner, while SBHCPL will hold the remaining 49%.
The contract is valued at Rs 70 crore, excluding GST, with an execution period of 780 days. The order covers construction and execution...
