India, June 8 -- Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX) has expanded its presence in Bengaluru through the acquisition of two premium Grade A+ office assets in partnership with Prestige Group, strengthening its position in the city's high-demand Outer Ring Road (ORR) micro-market.
The expansion adds 1.11 lakh square feet to DevX's portfolio and is expected to create over 1,200 seats while generating approximately Rs 2.2 crore in monthly revenue.
One of the newly acquired assets is located at Prestige Lakeshore Drive, opposite Bellandur Lake, within a 90-acre corporate campus that hosts several global enterprises.
