India, Oct. 3 -- The Department of Food and Public Distribution (DFPD), Government of India, along with its subordinate offices and PSUs, successfully concluded the Swachhta Hi Sewa-2025 (SHS-2025) campaign on 2nd October 2025, coinciding with Mahatma Gandhi's 156th birth anniversary and Swachh Bharat Diwas.
Launched on 17th September 2025 with a Swachhta pledge, the fortnight-long campaign included cleanliness drives, awareness campaigns, door-to-door activities, tree plantations, walkathons, cultural programs like nukkad natak, poem recitations, drawing competitions, and slogan-writing contests.
