India, July 30 -- Dabur India Ltd. has announced changes to its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) as part of an internal management restructuring following the appointment of Herjit S. Bhalla as Chief Executive Officer – India Business, effective April 23, 2026. He will report to the company's Global Chief Executive Officer.
As a result of the revised reporting structure, Rehan Hasan (Executive VP – Sales), Sriram Padmanabhan (Director – Healthcare), and Abhishek Jugran (Director – HPC & Foods) have ceased to be classified as Senior Management Personnel with effect from July 29, 2026.
