India, Sept. 25 -- Dabur India has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for the merger of ayurvedic hair care brand Sesa Care with the company.
Dabur said the integration of Sesa Care will complement its existing hair care portfolio and provide opportunities to expand its presence in the segment.
Dabur had acquired a majority stake in Sesa Care in October 2024. Subsequently, the company's board approved a scheme in May 2025 to merge Sesa Care into Dabur.
The NCLT approval clears a key regulatory step towards completing the merger and integrating Sesa Care's business with Dabur's operations.
