India, May 11 -- Cyient Semiconductors Private Limited has announced the launch of India's first gallium nitride (GaN) power IC family, developed using technology from Navitas Semiconductor.
The launch marks Cyient Semiconductors' first commercial GaN product portfolio and represents a significant step toward strengthening India's domestic power semiconductor ecosystem. The newly introduced devices are aimed at applications across AI data centres, telecommunications, fast chargers, industrial power systems, and e-mobility platforms.
