India, Sept. 22 -- Crude oil futures gained on Monday, rising Rs 23 to Rs 5,550 per barrel as participants increased positions amid strong spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), October delivery contracts advanced 0.42% to Rs 5,550 per barrel in 12,565 lots. Analysts said higher participant bets supported the uptick in crude oil futures.
