India, Sept. 18 -- Crude oil prices declined Rs 168, or 1.72%, to Rs 9,590 per barrel in futures trade on Friday, tracking weak global cues.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), crude oil futures for October delivery traded lower at Rs 9,590 per barrel, with a business turnover of 4,478 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline to participants reducing their holdings amid weak demand in the spot market.
