India, July 2 -- Crude oil prices declined in futures trade on Thursday, tracking weak global cues and subdued market sentiment.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), crude oil contracts for July delivery fell by Rs 48, or 0.74%, to Rs 6,477 per barrel, with a business turnover of 3,883 lots.
According to analysts, the decline was driven by fresh selling by market participants amid weaker demand in the spot market.
