India, May 12 -- Cranex has secured a purchase order worth approximately Rs 1.99 crore from Integral Coach Factory Chennai (ICF Chennai) for the manufacturing and supply of a 40-tonne EOT Crane with lifting tackle.
The order, valued at Rs 1,99,73,860, has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled to be executed by January 30, 2027.
According to the company, the contract includes standard terms related to product quality, delivery timelines, and pricing as mutually agreed between both parties.
Cranex also clarified that neither the promoter group nor related entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
