India, Aug. 5 -- Coriander futures declined on Wednesday as weak demand in the physical market and profit-booking by traders weighed on prices.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), the August delivery contract fell Rs 68, or 0.44%, to Rs 15,554 per quintal, with an open interest of 17,175 lots.

Market analysts attributed the decline to subdued spot demand and profit-booking by speculators, which led participants to trim their positions in the futures market.
