India, Oct. 1 -- Coriander prices on Thursday rose Rs 126 to Rs 15,428 per quintal in futures trade, driven by higher demand in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for October delivery climbed by Rs 126, or 0.82 per cent, to Rs 15,428 per quintal in 9,935 lots.

Market analysts said coriander prices drew support from higher demand in the spot market and restricted supplies from producing regions.
