India, Aug. 7 -- Copper futures climbed Rs 10.55 to Rs 1,386.55 per kg on Friday, supported by firm demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), August delivery contracts gained 0.77 per cent to Rs 1,386.55 per kg, with a business turnover of 2,730 lots. Market analysts said increased buying interest and fresh positions by traders supported the rise in copper futures prices.
