India, Sept. 21 -- Copper futures prices rose Rs 2.60, or 0.45%, to Rs 1,414 per kg on Monday, supported by firm demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper contracts for October delivery traded at Rs 1,414 per kg, with a business turnover of 761 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to increased buying and higher bets by market participants.
