India, Aug. 18 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.59 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.84 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 33.30 per cent at Rs 12.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.77 per cent to Rs 11.01 crore from Rs 16.88 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.03 crore).
