India, Aug. 17 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.48 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.37 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.44 per cent at Rs 130.29 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 170.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.31 per cent to Rs 120.08 crore from Rs 154.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 511.11 per cent at Rs 7.15 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.17 crore).
