India, July 23 -- Cipla has announced a change in the reporting structure of Sanjay Joseph, Head – API Business.
As a result of the revised reporting structure, Sanjay Joseph will cease to be classified as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from July 24, 2026.
The company clarified that the change is purely due to a reporting structure revision and disclosed the update in compliance with SEBI's Listing Regulations.
