India, June 30 -- Ceigall India's wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park Limited, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited for a 220 MW Solar-Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project at Morena Solar Park, Madhya Pradesh.
The tariff-based project carries an approximate value of Rs 1,700 crore (including GST), with a quoted tariff of Rs 2.70 per kWh. The project has a construction period of 18 months and an operational tenure of 25 years, further strengthening Ceigall India's presence in the renewable energy sector.
