India, Oct. 14 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of a certain equity stake in FarMart Service Private Limited by Impact Fund Denmark, Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries SA/NV (BIO) and Orios Fund III.
Impact Fund Denmark is a Danish development finance institution established under an act of parliament to promote investments that support sustainable development in developing countries. BIO is a Belgian public limited liability company operating as a development finance institution, with a mandate to support private sector growth in developing and emerging economies.
