India, Aug. 19 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved General Atlantic Singapore ACK Pte. Ltd.'s acquisition of additional shareholding in Acko Technology & Services Private Limited.
The proposed transaction involves General Atlantic increasing its stake in Acko Technology & Services through the company's rights issue, taking its shareholding beyond 25% on a fully diluted basis.
