India, May 15 -- CARE Ratings Ltd. on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 140 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 26 June 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 25 June 2026.
The last five dividends are 80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2025), 110% Final dividend (Ex Date : 27 June 2025), 70% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 05 November 2024), 110% Final dividend (Ex Date : 21 June 2024) and 70% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 November 2023).
