India, May 21 -- Bosch Limited has announced a joint venture with Brakes India and Wheels India to strengthen the air systems segment for commercial vehicles.
The proposed venture will be a 50:50 partnership between Bosch and TSF Group companies, represented by Brakes India and Wheels India. The companies aim to begin operations by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
The joint venture will focus on the engineering, manufacturing, and sale of electronically controlled and software-driven air system modules, including air compression, air processing, air suspension, and air parking brake solutions for commercial vehicles. The entity will be headquartered in Chennai.
